It crosses my mind that many of you may be skeptical of Dr. McDougall because for everything, he recommends "a starch-based diet." This is a diet with little fat, so fried potato chips and french fries don't count.
Let me remind you that he doesn't get dividends from your local grocer when you buy healthy food. Also, the books he has written are primarily from the 80's and 90's, so he's not following the new "natural" and "green" fad.

this is ironic, but just today i swear i said, "the answer is probably in the food we eat." in response to: it seems like everyone has depression these days.
